How Cloudpacketbase handles personal data for this website and for teaching Session Quality Analytics. Last updated 13 August 2026.

Data controller

The controller is Cloudpacketbase, operating from Street: 58 Soi Charansnidvongs40/1 Bangyeekhan; City: Bangphlat; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10700; Country: Thailand. Contact: info@cloudpacketbase.digital or 662 4244463. We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand and any other law that applies to you.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, optional topic, and message. If you enrol: billing details, dietary or access needs you choose to share, and assessment artefacts. From the site: technical logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security, and cookie data described in the Cookies notice. We do not run checkout on this domain, so card numbers are not collected here.

Field Lab partners may share production traces under NDA. Those traces are partner-controlled. Cloudpacketbase processes them only for the booked lab and does not use them to market to end users.

Purposes and legal bases

We use enquiry data to reply and, if you ask, to propose a course sequence. We use enrolment data to deliver teaching, invoice, and meet tax obligations in Thailand. We use logs to keep the site available. Consent is used for non-essential analytics cookies. Contract and legitimate interests (running a teaching studio, defending legal claims) cover most other processing. Where PDPA requires consent, we will ask separately.

Retention

Contact messages: 24 months after the last reply, unless a contract follows. Enrolment and invoice records: 5 years after the programme ends, to meet Thai accounting practice. Assessment artefacts: 18 months, then deleted or anonymised unless you ask us to keep a portfolio copy. Security logs: 90 days. Cookie consent records stored in your browser remain until you clear storage. Partner Field Lab materials leave Cloudpacketbase devices at the end of the lab day unless the NDA says otherwise.

Your rights

Subject to PDPA exceptions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. You may withdraw consent for optional cookies without losing site functionality. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand. To exercise rights, email info@cloudpacketbase.digital with enough detail for us to find your record. We may need to verify identity before acting.

International transfers

The studio is in Thailand. Email, DNS, and static hosting may involve processors outside Thailand (for example regional cloud regions). When we transfer personal data abroad, we use contractual clauses and assess the destination’s protections. Journal images are requested by your browser directly from public image hosts; those requests are governed by the host’s policies, not by a Cloudpacketbase transfer of your enquiry data.

If you join a live cohort from another country, your video presence and chat occur on the conferencing tool named in the welcome note. That tool is a processor; its region will be stated before the first session.

Children

Programmes are intended for working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. Material changes affecting enrolled students will also be emailed to the address on file.
