Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting a contact form, or requesting a seat, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

Cloudpacketbase may revise these terms. The dated version on this page is the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised text.

Nature of the site

This website is informational. Published fees are not an offer to sell. There is no checkout or payment facility here. A binding agreement for a course, Observer Desk access, or Studio Partnership arises only when Cloudpacketbase issues a written confirmation (usually email) after you enquire.

Enrolment and conduct

Live cohorts require punctual attendance at the scheduled ICT times unless Cloudpacketbase has agreed an alternative. You may not share login credentials for recordings, resell seats, or record live sessions without written permission. Anonymised studio datasets are licensed solely for coursework; they must not be republished or used to train public models.

We may refuse or end participation if a student harasses others, attempts to extract partner PII from Field Lab materials, or repeatedly disrupts critique. Fees already paid are then handled under the refund policy.

Intellectual property

Unless marked otherwise, site copy, course slides, worksheets, score-charter templates, and the Cloudpacketbase name are owned by Cloudpacketbase or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use course materials for your internal professional work. You may not copy the curriculum as a competing product, scrape the journal for republication, or remove attribution from templates.

Work you create during a cohort (your score charter, sampling log, readout) remains yours. Cloudpacketbase may keep a copy for assessment and, with your permission, may publish a redacted teaching example.

Photographs on this site are loaded from public image sources under their respective licences. They are not Cloudpacketbase studio photography unless stated.

Accuracy and third-party tools

Session Quality Analytics methods taught here reflect studio practice. They are not a warranty that your production metrics will improve. We discuss third-party capture and warehouse tools by category; mention is not endorsement. Vendor behaviour changes; always verify against current documentation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Cloudpacketbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the site or from applying course methods at work. Our aggregate liability for a paid programme is limited to the fees you actually paid for that programme in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Thailand, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
